About Me:

I’m a mechanical engineer major due to graduate in May of 2020 from the University of Texas at Dallas. Even though my major is mechanical engineering, I have technical knowledge that far exceeds most of my peers in my major, I know how to program because I wanted to branch out and learn other particular sets of skills that would make me well rounded rather than specialize. This website is one my personal projects that I programmed myself. The project tab will just show some of my front end development projects that I undertook, to know more about me in depth that is not just programming related please continue on reading.
I took an elective class for electric circuits and in that my team and I created a velostat welcome mat that when stepped on would lower the voltage and utilizing an Arduino into the circuit, I helped programmed the code in my team that would be able to read this change in voltage and send a text to the user letting know that someone was in their front door.
I am in my last semester taking an elective class called Mechatronics. In this class we must utilize circuits, mechanical engineering, and mainly programming. For this class me and my team must program a robot to be able to shoot a ball into a basket faster than all the other teams. The reason I feel telling you all these projects that I undertook that wasn’t needed for my major is to show you that I want to help innovate the world. I could have easily taken simple classes and earned a higher grade, but I chose the difficult electives with the impossible projects for mechanical engineer because I have a desire to help innovate and change this world. I want an opportunity to prove myself to you, if you give me this, I will not disappoint you. Thank you for your time.
